Newport (Salop) RUFC

Newport (Salop) RUFC is a vibrant and friendly club in the heart of Newport Shropshire, providing sporting and social facilities for the local community. At the end of last season, we were crowned the Midlands Premier Champions for the first time in the club’s history, which now means this season we are playing at “National Two” level, there are only forty teams above us in the hierarchy of English rugby including the English Premiership.

We are renowned for our abilities across several teams, both at the senior and junior levels, where we have players who have representative honours at various levels. Gaining Sponsors for Newport (Salop) RUFC is significantly important to allow us to run the club at the levels of service we wish to offer. Sponsorship of the club is an ideal way of marketing your business, providing opportunities of greater awareness, networking, and new business. We can provide excellent facilities for entertaining your clients, with a Vista from our new PORTS bar decking, where you can reward employees, celebrate milestones, birthdays or for inviting family and friends for a beer or two. Our facility is open for bookings via our Bar and Catering Manager.
